About Lost for Words
Lost for Words is a home-based secretarial support business run by Tracey Godfrey Dip.RSA, and provides secretarial/administrative assistance to businesses and individuals remotely via e-mail, telephone, fax, post and courier, or in some instances, at the client’s premises (local).
Assistance is offered on an “as needed” basis to small and large organisations or the individual. My services are tailored to the needs of my clients, providing support to enable them to focus on core tasks or expanding their business rather than time-consuming administrative tasks. Help can be on a short or long-term basis or for one-off projects, and to cover peak periods or staff holidays/absence.
I offer a variety of office support and secretarial services including word processing of reports, brochures, etc, audio transcription (tape as well as digital), internet research, appointment making, handling your mail shots/bulk mailings, database and data input, spreadsheet design and data analysis including graphs or even telephone interview work.
